iPhone 4 White – Later this year means Christmas?

iPhone 4 white seems to be white elephant, among endangered species. As the launch has been delayed so many times therefore many people among me are not bothered when it launches.

This is stranger when an Apple fan hits an email to Steve inquiring where is iPhone 4 white. Jobs reply was even more intriguing. “Later this year means Christmas” was said by him. Is Steve serious? I don’t think so!

To me iPhone 4 white is a no-man-desirable object because I have already purchased the black one. I have managed to remain happy with the current iPhone 4 so why get bothered about the white one? However, curiosity kills the lamb.

If Steve really means Christmas, this means a lot of expectations from Apple fans. To me December means discount. So I would expect iPhone 4 white would be a lot cheaper if it is launched at Christmas. I would suggest to Jobs to launch it on New Year if he wants to earn. Secondly, with all the fuss about the antenna and glass issue surrounding the rumor of the launch, the white-iPhone-customers would be expecting more from this one.

The consumers who have settled for the black one, would they go for Apple iPhone 4 white? Personally, if it is equipped with 4G I would love to switch. The price and feature comparison is the key determining factor while buying Smartphone.

Let’s wait for “Later this year”.
