European commission is aiming to reach half of the households in the region to have their own internet connections of at least 100 Mbps by the end of 2020, with minimum connection of the 30 Mbps. In this regards they have launched their plan by cutting the red tape of $77 billion or €60 billion.
Under this proposal issued by Vice President EC, Miss. Neelie Kroes that every new house builds in Europe will have the high speed broadband connection. She has also suggested to reduce the time lapse required in permission for having the broadband, and set the maximum waiting time cap at six months. Automatic approvals are being set ideal for this purpose.

UK’s first and the only 4G network has outreached to almost half of the businesses and homes. The EE carrier has confirmed that they have switched on more than 13 cities and towns to reach more than 50% of the population, in just the five month of its launch. EE further said that their aim is to get to 98% of the population by the end of 2014.
Previously company has stated that they have rolled out their network to more than 55% population in June and also claimed the speeded up schedules. Now 4G launch is in Bingley, West Bromwich, Dudley, Doncaster, Lichfield, Harpenden, Leicester, Bradford, Loughborough, St Albans, Reading, Luton, and Shipley, in addition with more than 30 cities and towns as they are going to get live by the end June, 2013.
